Facebook credits with Paypal and consumer protection

I was on Google Buzz and saw Louis Gray had cited this article on ping called wIs Facebook secretly planning an internet-wide payment platform?

It wasn't surprising to me, that people just don't seem to realize their consumer protection rights. I think it's because right now we are still at that wining and dining phase, where the Payment systems are footing the bill. But the reality is Stored Value systems have very little consumer protection. I'll put it on my to do list, add to this comment later
